Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. plans to significantly increase its server capacity to accommodate the unexpectedly high demand for Nvidia's AI chips, particularly the next-generation Blackwell chips. Chairman Young Liu highlighted the 'crazy' demand for these chips and announced the construction of the world's largest server assembly plant in Mexico, aiming for a capacity of 20,000 servers by 2025.
