This ceremony involves a group of people gathering in front of a stone tablet, bowing, and concluding the ritual in just about 20 seconds. The ceremony is held to commemorate Emperor Meiji's visit to the Shionomine Pass in Okaya City and to praise the scenery. The event, attended by 150 people from Okaya City and neighboring Shiojiri City, concludes with a collective bow towards a 4-meter high stone monument.
