The TV series 'Plastic Flowers' premiered at the Taipei Film Festival, with director Cheng Yazhi and actors Wu Kangren, Li Mu, Ye Quanzhen, Lin Hexuan, and Zhou Yutian in attendance. Li Mu's challenging role in the series includes gunplay scenes which caused his old injury to flare up. Wu Kangren even had to slap him during a scene, but Li Mu expressed gratitude for Wu's professionalism in making the scene go smoothly.
