A 37-year-old man surnamed Zhou from New Taipei City's Zhonghe District spent $200 at a claw crane arcade to win a toy water gun, only to find it was broken. Upset after not receiving compensation from the store owner, he stole a fire extinguisher and sprayed it inside the store in anger. The police arrested Zhou through surveillance footage and he admitted to the crime, stating it was due to not being compensated. He was charged with property damage and theft.
