Yunlin County confirmed that the National Day fireworks will be set off in Huwei High-Speed Rail Special Zone for the first time, approved by Han Kuo-yu. The county estimates the event will bring nearly 700 million NT dollars in tourism revenue, with various activities planned throughout October including cultural festivals, machinery exhibitions, and the Taiwan Coffee Festival to attract visitors. Measures like shuttle services from the high-speed rail station and additional parking facilities will be arranged to accommodate an expected 300,000 to 500,000 visitors.
