A man surnamed Zhuang caused a scene in a convenience store in New Taipei when he tried to pay with a wet and dirty thousand dollar bill, resulting in a dispute with the staff. The intoxicated man began yelling and throwing merchandise, prompting police intervention. He then attempted to attack the officers with an umbrella but was subdued and taken into custody. The store chose not to press charges, so Zhuang was eventually released to his family. Police handled the situation and ensured the safety of those involved.
