A 47-year-old man surnamed Dang in Taipei's Neihu District rented a storefront on Xingyun Street to open a pet store out of his love for animals, investing 4-5 million NT dollars in renovations. However, due to a lack of communication with the second-floor tenant and the inability to obtain a business license, the store remains unable to operate fully. Facing immense financial pressure, Dang's eldest daughter revealed that her father struggled with excessive drinking every night to cope with the stress, ultimately leading to the tragic incident. Despite this, she expressed gratitude for the support and vowed to continue running the pet store to fulfill her father's wishes.
