On June 8, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the intersection of Zhonghua Road and Minzu Road in Taoyuan, a shirtless man was seen yelling uncontrollably and randomly grabbing passersby. Even when the police arrived, he continued his disruptive behavior until eventually being subdued by pepper spray and taken to the hospital under police guard.
