Sofia Richie, a 25-year-old model, recently posted a heartwarming photo on her Instagram Stories of her 1-month-old daughter, Eloise Samantha Grainge, holding hands with her. The snapshot captured Eloise in a cute onesie with pink rabbits, celebrating her one-month milestone. Sofia and her husband, Elliot Grainge, welcomed Eloise on May 20, and they recently threw a party to celebrate her birth with themed drinks and a station for guests to write letters to Eloise for her 18th birthday.
