The head of Starlux Airlines is Chang Kuo-wei, with the company located at 15F, No. 382, Section 6, Nanjing East Road, Neihu District, Taipei City, with a paid-in capital of 25.387 billion NT dollars, specializing in aviation passenger and cargo transportation. Starlux Airlines reported a pre-tax net loss of 115 million NT dollars in the previous year, with earnings per share of 0.08 NT dollars. Chairman Chang Kuo-wei revealed at a shareholder meeting that the company is expected to be listed before the end of the year, potentially becoming the Taiwan Stock Exchange's first diversified listing IPO success story.
