The Taiwan Institute of Economics revealed that the current economy in Taiwan differs from previous years, with the manufacturing industry only halfway recovered after two and a half years, facing challenges in industry development and investment stimulation. The main concerns for the second half of the year are when traditional industries will see improvement and whether there will be a moderation in prices. These issues were highlighted at a recent press conference where the business climate index for manufacturing, services, and construction industries all showed positive trends.
