Reported 8 months ago

Taiwan Railway's Western Zhi Line was reopened after about 20 hours of emergency repair following a train derailment caused by a landslide on June 21st. As a safety precaution, trains are passing through the accident site at a reduced speed of 30km/h, causing delays of 5 to 10 minutes. Additionally, after reopening, the railway encountered a magnitude 3 earthquake, further slowing down train speeds and possibly causing additional delays in arrival times.
