Beginning from midnight on July 1st, Taiwan's state-owned oil company, CPC Corporation, announced a reduction of 0.2 NT dollars in the prices of gasoline and diesel per liter. The adjusted prices are 28.9 NT dollars for 92 unleaded gasoline, 30.4 NT dollars for 95 unleaded gasoline, 32.4 NT dollars for 98 unleaded gasoline, and 26.4 NT dollars for super diesel. Due to the activation of the dual-stabilization mechanism this week, gasoline and diesel have absorbed an additional 3.5 NT dollars and 4.9 NT dollars respectively. The adjustments are made to keep prices lower than neighboring countries such as Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
