The construction of the Three Owl Line, which has been planned since 2000 to enhance the tourism potential of the Sanxia and Yingge areas, is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. Sinyi real estate experts believe that the opening of the Three Owl Line will significantly improve the transportation efficiency and living functions in the Three Owl area, benefiting primarily the North Daxue Business District and attracting retirees and homebuyers from Taipei City and the first ring of New Taipei City. The real estate developments along the subway line are gradually taking shape, with the Three Owl Station project set to offer more diverse services to the Sanxia Old Street area and the North Daxue Business District. The new subway line is set to alleviate traffic congestion and provide convenient access to various areas in Taipei and New Taipei City.
