Unstable Weather Ahead with Afternoon Thunderstorms in the Next 2 Days, High Temperatures Reaching 37 Degrees Predicted for the Coming Week

In the next 2 days, especially on the 7th and 8th of July, afternoon thunderstorms are expected to be most severe due to unstable atmosphere and high humidity. Parts of the central and southern mountainous areas may experience localized brief heavy rain, while daytime temperatures in the Greater Taipei Basin, near mountainous areas in the central and southern regions may reach 36-37 degrees. The Central Weather Bureau issued orange warnings for high temperatures in several areas, advising precautions against heat-related problems.
