Suggestions for utilizing the space as a sports area for youth or creating an artistic and cultural district have been proposed. Councilor Wu recently invited the county government departments, HSR company, and city office for an inspection to discuss solutions. While the HSR Hsinchu Station stated that the development of the space under the bridge would be evaluated based on station surroundings and market demand, currently, some areas have been leased for parking, and other spaces are actively being marketed. Councilor Wu emphasized the importance of utilization and forward-thinking planning for the area to benefit more people in the rapidly developing Zhubei region.
