The Central Weather Bureau issued a heavy rain advisory for '7 counties and cities' on July 5 at 3:55 PM, with a national disaster alert issued for Tainan city, lasting until 5:15 PM. Residents are warned to beware of intense rainfall, thunder, flash floods, landslides, debris flow, and low visibility. This advisory is in effect for the designated areas.
