Will.i.am and producer Warren Littlefield have been announced as speakers for the 2024 Edinburgh TV Festival in August, with new creative director Rowan Woods aiming to expand the event's international focus and introduce a new strand called Frontiers focusing on creativity, convergence, and new forms of storytelling. In its first year, the Frontiers strand will feature will.i.am discussing the future of creativity and the role of AI in it with Oxford University's Alex Connock, while Littlefield will discuss the evolution of the industry and high-end drama production. The festival will take place from August 20-23.
