On July 2-6, Chinese President Xi Jinping will attend the 24th Meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Astana, Kazakhstan. He will also conduct state visits to Kazakhstan and Tajikistan upon the invitations of the respective presidents. This visit highlights the strong and special relationship between China and Kazakhstan. During his stay in Kazakhstan, Xi Jinping emphasized China's support for Kazakhstan's independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, and expressed strong opposition to any interference in its internal affairs. Xi Jinping's visit to Tajikistan will further enhance strategic partnership in various fields, including economic, energy, and security cooperation.
