In Yunlin County, a farmer in Lunbei Township discovered 2.5 acres of his rice paddies mysteriously harvested by mistake, resulting in a loss exceeding 50,000. The farmer reported the incident to the police and sought help from local councilor Hong Ru-ping. It was later revealed that a hired harvester had mistakenly harvested the wrong field, leading to a settlement between the parties, with compensation of over 40,000 agreed upon to resolve the situation.
