Starting from midnight on June 24th, Taiwan's CPC Corporation has reduced the prices of gasoline and diesel by 0.1 New Taiwan Dollar per liter. The new reference retail prices are 29.1 NTD for 92 unleaded gasoline, 30.6 NTD for 95 unleaded gasoline, 32.6 NTD for 98 unleaded gasoline, and 26.6 NTD for super diesel. Due to the activation of the dual-stabilization mechanism this week, gasoline and diesel prices had absorbed 3.0 NTD and 4.5 NTD respectively. The adjustment was made in response to the recovery in oil demand and the indication of future oil production increase by OPEC+, which influenced the international oil prices.
