44-year-old wanted criminal Shih Mao-qiang was shot at close range by his drug trafficking partner Wang Ting-teng in Thailand. Taipei prosecutors, using judicial assistance, obtained complete surveillance footage from the Thai police, identifying Wang Ting-teng as the shooter and implicating Zhou Yu-fan, Hsu Feng-yuan, and Lin Guang-yuan as well.
