吳俊宏即將舉行返鄉個人演唱會，為了驚艷觀眾，他密集訓練舞蹈，當天練習跳了160蹲，結果倒地無法動彈，第二天更因為鐵腿而無法行走，對此他表示是挑戰與心魔，為了演唱會必須拼命練習。演唱會除了高難度舞步外，還有與女舞者貼身互動的熱舞，吳俊宏坦言這是不少挑戰之一，更透露定期跑步鍛鍊，即便颳風下雨也不停。
