A fire broke out at a metal paint factory on Anye Street in Xindian District, New Taipei City at around 5 p.m. today. Upon receiving reports, emergency responders rushed to the scene to find the factory fully engulfed in flames. 35 fire vehicles and 66 firefighters were mobilized to contain the fire, which was brought under control by 6:01 p.m. Thankfully, no injuries or casualties have been reported. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

Chen is now facing penalties for false reporting under the Social Order Maintenance Act. The situation turned awkward as Xiao was left bewildered, and the police have summoned Chen for questioning to clarify her motives for making the false report.
