Nasdaq will invest $50 million in a private placement during the IPO, enhancing access to Gemini's custodian and staking services for its clients. The exchange, which currently manages $21 billion in assets and supports various digital currencies, aims to begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker 'GEMI' this Friday.
