Taipei prosecutors instructed the city's criminal investigation team to search Sun Anzuo and Zhu Yiming's residence and bring them in. Zhu, upon entering the Taipei District Court handcuffed, was suspected of assaulting the police and obstructing official duties, insisting he did not violate firearms laws. Zhu then entered the courtroom for trial.
