The New Taipei City Fire Department quickly dispatched 22 trucks and 42 personnel for rescue, with thick smoke already on the first floor upon arrival. Two individuals were rescued from the second-floor balcony with a ladder, and the fire was extinguished within 10 minutes, burning an area of approximately 6 square meters. Two women and one man at the scene were sent to the hospital as a precaution, but their injuries were not serious. According to the shop owner, she was cooking at the time and left the stove unattended to answer the phone, which may have caused the fire. Further investigation is needed to determine the exact cause of the fire.
