In early April this year, the Zhongzheng First Police Precinct in Taipei City received a report from the Taipei Metro Lost and Found Center about drugs and drug paraphernalia found in a lost bag at the MRT station. The police identified a 56-year-old woman as the suspect using surveillance footage. When they went to her residence in Tamsui, they unexpectedly discovered that her 57-year-old boyfriend, surnamed Guan, was a drug offender on the run for six years and four months. Both were arrested and the woman was found because of the lost bag containing drugs.
