In Tainan's Guantian district, a collision occurred between a concrete mixer truck and a motorcycle on June 20th at 11:23 am. A 20-year-old soldier surnamed Song was trapped under the concrete mixer truck and had to be rescued by emergency personnel. Song, with head injuries and unclear consciousness, was rushed to Chi Mei Hospital in Liuying for treatment. The cause of the accident is still under investigation, and military personnel were also alerted to the incident to manage traffic at the scene.
