The Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) announced the ranking of OTC companies based on the median annual salaries of non-managerial employees in 2023. Sintronic (5274) and 7 other OTC companies had median annual salaries for non-managerial employees exceeding 2 million NT dollars. According to TWSE statistics, most of the top 20 companies in terms of median employee salaries in 2023 were in the semiconductor industry. Sintronic topped the list with a median non-managerial salary of 2.923 million NT dollars, despite a decrease from 4.22 million in 2022. Followed by Original-Phalanx (3227), Nine (6494), Power Quotient International (3529), Coretronic (3293), and Risingtek (6732) rounding out the top five.
