In the early morning in Banqiao District of New Taipei City, a 19-year-old man, surnamed Chen, was suspected to be severely injured by someone and left his bag behind. He was found with injuries concentrated in his legs and head, and later taken to a lane on Xinyi Road in Banqiao District where he was abandoned; someone contacted Chen's employer who then brought him back, but by then Chen had no pulse or heartbeat and was urgently sent to the hospital. The incident occurred around 3 am today, and the police have initiated an investigation and brought in two suspects in the morning. Chen had told his employer he was going to buy supper before the incident, but the employer claimed to be unaware of what happened. The police are currently investigating the case further.
