The Shilin District Prosecutor's Office entrusted the Taipei Branch of the Administrative Enforcement Agency to auction it, with the third auction scheduled on July 2 at '123 Joint Auction'. The starting price has been reduced to 37.3 million yuan. Liu Guanjun was allegedly involved in embezzling significant funds and interest from national security projects in 1999. Following the incident, he immediately fled the country. The Shilin District Prosecutor's Office applied for the separate confiscation of properties under Liu Guanjun and Meng Wenhua's names.
