In order to prevent Taiwan's high-tech products from being used for military purposes in Russia, Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs has been expanding and revising export controls on goods to Russia and Belarus since 2023. Recently, nitrocellulose has been added to the list of controlled items, effective from June 14.
