Lastly, Hsu stated the KMT will rigorously review the budget to prevent misuse of public funds for the DPP's election purposes, ensuring proper checks and balances to prevent governmental abuse of power.

In the early morning of June 15, 2024, a fatal accident occurred on the National Freeway No. 1 in Linkou, causing one death and two injuries. Two cars first collided, followed by a wrecker arriving on the scene.
