Among the top individual tax debtors are Huang Renzhong, his sister Huang Xinping, and the Huang family, collectively owing nearly 32 billion yuan, with Huang Renzhong alone owing 19.35 billion yuan. The top corporate tax debtor is Hua Lien International Hotel Co., Ltd, owing about 21.8 billion yuan.
