A man surnamed Yan (28 years old) from Chiayi was caught smuggling drugs into Taiwan from the Netherlands using each pack of drugs weighing 60 grams sent as letters to avoid suspicion. Through Telegram, he coordinated with buyers and collectors, successfully smuggling at least 19 packs of various drugs like cocaine, marijuana, and methamphetamine in just two months.
