Mainly affecting individuals with type 2 diabetes, poor lifestyle habits like being overweight in the waist, lack of exercise, sweet tooth, high-fat diets, prolonged sitting, and smoking contribute to early onset of diabetes. Notably, a patient in their thirties developed diabetes after drinking two sugary bubble teas daily.
